www.guy-wach.fr

From an extremely pure pink sandstone terroir, expressing a saline and refined sensation.

Citrus scallops, ballotine of salmon, oysters.

TASTING NOTES

Dry, racy and elegant Riesling. Fresh and complex nose as well as a mineral palate with fine acidity. Will improve over time by developing an intense mineral character.

Vintage of paradox. Characterized by random weather and water stress. The vintage 2016 will remain as one of the longest harvest campaigns. We are pleasantly surprised with the quality. The wines are drinkable and liveliness.
