Though beautifully explosive, with robust layers of red cherry and sweet strawberries, this wine is also remarkably poised and light on its feat. On the palate, the lush, juicy fruit mingles with hints of red perilla leaf, dried flowers and white pepper. Grippy, firm tannins underscore a lingering finish build to age.
